If you knew it would snow on your way to work, would you be more inclined to catch a ride with Uber?
We set out to test that question with a geo-targeted email campaign that used DarkSky API to alert riders to potential weather in their area.
With a bit of color, a touch of cheekiness, and a whole lot of personalization, this series of eye-catching emails was a first for CRM at Uber.
