Uber’s Door-to-Door Safety Campaign

At Uber, the safety of drivers and riders is a top priority. But with the Covid-19 pandemic taking such a massive toll on daily life, it became obvious that people needed more assurance — and safer protocols — before they were comfortable getting back on the road.

Through email, web, and in-app notifications, the Door to Door Safety campaign set out to assure everyone who uses the Uber app that we take their health and wellbeing seriously.

This global toolkit, designed to be used by regional marketing teams around the world, drove awareness of Uber’s D2D safety standard with 3 distinct themes:

  • Uber as an industry leader

  • Shared accountability

  • Peace of mind from door to door
